  3. Formally chartered by the IRC (North American ISO/RTO CEOs) in 2003 • Developed Charter, Confidentiality Agreement • Elected Ken Fell (NYISO CIO) as first Chairman • Meet quarterly or as necessary

  4. Focusing on: • Software Standards • Data Standards (CIM/CME) • Reference Technology • Vendor Management • Visualization and Alarming • Project Focus and Management

  5. Tom O‘Brien elected overall program manager for the ITC
