  2. Definition of Volcano • A cone shaped hill or mountain built up by lava and ash around an opening in the Earth’s crust.

  4. What a Volcano does after an eruption Lava cools into rock,and ash settles to the ground. Layers of lava and ash slowly build the volcano until it becomes a tall mountain.
