With the ingredients mentioned above, make a dough of medium stiffness, and leave it to rest for an hour.

Then, little by little, knead and roll the dough into long, thin sticks. Cut the sticks into pieces of half-centimeter width.
Fry them in a generous hot oil. do not put too many in together, because they will make plentiful foam which you will have to remove. When they are golden, put them on a piece of kitchen paper.

Now it is time to make the topping! INGREDIENTS 300 g Honey 150 g Sugar Sweets
Put the ingredients in a cooking pan. Put the honey and sugar in a pot and bring them to the boil. Take care that the mixture does not turn yellow! Turn down the gas and cover the struffoli balls with the topping. Mix well and make sure that all the struffoli are well covered. Put them on a plate
