School of Innovation, Design and Engineering (IDT) • IDT since Jan 2008 – mostly merge of two departments … Department of Computer Science and Electronics 15 professors 26 researchers/senor lecturers 46 PhD students (13 industrial) 14 lecturers 10 admin Strong focus on research Department of Innovation, Design and Product Development 9 professors 9 researchers/senor lecturers 10 PhD students 41 lecturers 11 admin Strong focus on education …and two additional groups from Department of Mathematics and School of Business

Centre of Product Realisation • To strengthen the development of further cooperation the school has launched a centre with the aim of developing effective models and processes to: • support the companies and other actors in their development of the next generations products and services • give the prerequisites for innovation, competitiveness and growth in our society.
