President • Job scope: • Oversees everything in club • Directs club (target setting and direction) and implements new ideas for the betterment of the club • Chooses projects to take up after consultation with club members • Maintain good relationships (both within club and with clients and school admin) • Bridge between club and teacher I/C • Reviews club membership and EXCO • In charge of handing-over process
Vice-President • Job scope: • Oversees training of members • Organise / conducts training courses for members (together with Technical Director) • Organise training courses for outsiders (eg. Camp REACT) • Assist President in managing club affairs • Oversees internal affairs (training, welfare, equipment/room, manpower, etc)
Secretary-Treasurer • Job scope: • Creates and maintains records of attendance, event participation, CIP hours and club finance • Helps in enrollment of new members and updating of ISP records • Handles club funds • Takes minutes during meetings • Manages club blog and club documents
Manpower Manager • Job scope: • Coordinate distribution of projects and workload among members • Work with President in deciding what projects to take • Coordinates competition participation • In charge of buddy system for juniors and making them feel at home in the club (together with welfare manager) • Help to maintain friendly working relations and healthy club working spirit
Resource Manager • Job scope: • Boss of the SV room (equipment, furniture, etc) • Maintains log of equipment borrowing • Help maintain equipment in good condition, and acquire new equipment when needed • Introduce new ideas to CCA room to make it more homely (small LCD TV, beanbags, etc) – work with welfare manager
Technical Director / Software Specialist • Job scope: • Develop and promote utilisation of new areas of technology that are relevant and beneficial (eg. Animoto, open-source software) • Learns and teaches technical skills to members (eg. Premiere, After Effects) – coordinate with Vice-President on training programme planning and implementing • Mentors / assists when club members require help in using software / doing projects
Welfare Manager • Job scope: • Help make SV members feel at home in SV • Consistently interact with members for feedback on CCA and make improvements • Think of and implement welfare initiatives • Organise and promotes CCA outings (eg. movie outings), chalets • Organise and promotes CCA CIP events
Public Relations Manager • Job scope: • Bridge between SV and clients (maintain good working relationships) • Maintain good relations with school admin and other clubs / organisations • Scout around for projects (work with President) • In charge of publicity (eg. for Open House and CCA Exhibition)
