Today’s Agenda • Explain agenda for next two weeks and homework for next class. • Week 7, Class 1 = Focus on Coleridge (Student Presentations on Byron & Shelley) • Week 7, Class 2 = Focus on Shelley (Student Presentation on Keats) • Week 8, Class 1 = Focus on Keats (No presentation) • Week 8, Class 2 = Midterm • Quiz on Wordsworth & Coleridge (especially on the PowerPoints and the summaries of the poets in the NA). • PowerPoint Presentations on “Kubla Khan” & “Frost at Midnight” • Student presentations: • Lauren McDermott: Lord George Byron • Michael Elizondo: Percy Bysshe Shelley

  2. Homework for next class • Read NA pages 4-5. If necessary, catch up on reading: • Percy Shelley (pp. 741-44): “Ozymandias” (p. 768), “England in 1819” (p. 771), “Ode to the West Wind,” (pp. 772-75), “To a Sky-Lark” (pp. 817-19) • (By the way: as always, you should read more if you’d like.) • Catch up on reading responses? We’re up to Shelley. • Student presentation next class: • Elena Arzate: John Keats
