Follow up for the research conclusions- improve social inclusion in Israel • AT national level- promote coordination between the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Education. • Reforming the Apprenticeship law- promote obligatory collaboration with industries to ensure students receive assistantship .
Government assistant for vocational students : textbooks, qualified teachers, class rooms and workshops equipment, job placement. • Strengthen ties between schools and local municipality allowing more apprenticeship jobs in civic institutions. • NGO cooperation focusing on professional development for vet teachers and vocational experts.
Bring high level professionals as visiting teachers. • Professional development for vet teachers and vocational experts. • course and program development. • Increasing school involvement with the community, employers and parents. • Career services for students and graduates.
The government need to build new schools within industrial parks where students can work. Such schools will increase the efficiency of vet training by providing all student with assistantship and closer association with working professionals who serve as mentors and educational advisors for curriculum development.
Improve social inclusion of vet students by increasing the status of vet diploma -creating standards with in industries for accepting vet graduates and pay them sufficiently. • Provide scholarships to enable vet students to have more opportunities of work and studies beyond secondary school.
