  2. Identifikasi Pada User (Pengirim) • Besarnya kapasitas data yang dikirimkan. • Gangguan koneksi internet pada komputer • Bebaskan komputer dari virus / spayware (downloader)

  3. Identifikasi Pada Gateway (Server Local) • Lihat IP Local Pada komputer. • Tes koneksi dengan ping. Contoh: pilih menu start => run (ketik cmd [enter]) • ping 192.168.1.1 (cnth ip gateway) • Ping yahoo.com Apabila koneksi ke gateway terputus berarti koneksi pada gateway kita full traffic (sibuk)

  4. Permasalahan pada user penerima data (email) • Kapasitas penyimpanan pada email penuh. • Solusi : menghapus data lama yang tidak diperlukan lagi. • Memblok email yang dianggap spam

  5. Mengatasi masalah spam pada email • Blok email yang dianggap mengganggu (spam)

  6. Kompresi Data • Gambar • Database • File teks (ms.office) • Suara

  7. Gambar • Memperkecil ukuran gambar dengan Paint

  8. Pilih persentase pengurangan ukuran gambar.

  9. Simpan file

  10. Kompresi data (Access)

  11. Kompresi Suara Dendan sound Recorder Pilih Menu File >> Save As

  12. Pilih menu change turunkan kualitas suara dan save
