  4. At any given time the parking lot could be loaded with vehicles towing boat trailers. This depends on time of day, day of the week and the season. Also be on the lookout for kayaker’s and people fishing on the boat dock. On Arrival

  5. HYDRANTS and FIRE FLOW • Alston Road at Landing • Total GPM is 988 • 20 Residual 1437 GPM • FIRE FLOW is 533 GPM • Sams point and Alston Rd • Total GPM is 988 • 20 Residual 1513 GPM

  6. Special Considerations • Entire structure is suspended on pilings over oyster shells (at low tide) and water between 4 and 8 feet deep (at high tide). • Boat traffic. (DNR) • D.H.E.C for run-off. • Building debris in water. • Concrete floor in storage area.

  11. BE ALERT!!! Holes in the floor! No railings and poor construction!

  12. WATCH IT!!! Overhead power on the Alpha, Bravo corner. Meter box on Alpha side of storage building.

  13. This is a structural nightmare, please use every tool in your bag to keep each other safe. This structure has many special considerations and we owe it to ourselves and the people we serve to give it the attention to which it deserves. Be Smart, be safe and everyone goes HOME.
