Berkeley SHIP Updates for 2014-2015 • 2014-2015 Premium Changes: • Undergraduates: $1,095.00/semester; $2,190.00/annual • Equals an 8.7% increase over this current year • Graduates: $1,577.00/semester; $3,154.00/annual • Equals a 13.8% increase over this current year • Grad students are still being slightly subsidized by UGs • Changes based on claims for Fall 2013 compared to premiums collected, ACA taxes, and broker fees for insurance, etc. • Note: UC SHIP premiums expected to increase about 22% for grads and undergrads, based on current info.
