  3. Organize Your Documents Library

  4. Open Your Document Library Double click the Libraries icon Start Menu -- Documents OR

  5. Create a Folder for Each Class  Click New Folder  Change the name of the folder to the name of a class.  Repeat for each class. REMEMBER:

  6. Name Your Files (Word, PPT, Excel) You’ve been asked to summarize a recent article about the H1N1 flu virus. H1N1 flu summary You’ve interviewed a WWII vet and taken notes WWII Interview Notes You’ve written a rough draft of a speech about Lincoln Lincoln Speech Rough Draft Create a short title for the assignment.

  7. Name Your Files (Word, PPT, Excel) • Add your initials to the end of the file name. H1N1 flu summary NP WWII Interview Notes NP Lincoln Speech Rough Draft NP
