  3. Mainstreaming MIW Deployed Forces should understand the mine threat and the inherent capabilities and limitations of systems to counter the threat…through training and education, command and control restructuring… Mainstreaming… is the toughest challenge.

BF COI – ComSubPac’s Message …FLEET DEPLOYING TACTICS/TECHNOLOGIES/ OVERVIEW PROCEDURES FOR MINE WARFARE, MINING, MINEFIELD PLANNING, INTEL, METOC, GCCS'M MEDAL, JTFEX LESSONS LEARNED, SUBMARINE MINEFIELD TACTICS AND REACHBACK SYSTEMS IN PLACE. DISCUSSIONS WILL ALSO INCLUDE CVBG INTERACTION WITH DEDICATED (NON-ORGANIC) SURFARE/AIR/UNDERWATER MCM SHOULD THE MISSION BE REQUIRED.
