ERCOT Antitrust Admonition ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. Most generated report at ERCOT – QSE Ancillary Services Capacity Monitor Report CERTIFIED report that is generated every 5 minutes in both CSV and XML are created for each participant for each posting interval producing over 44,000 files a day and produced for < 100 QSEs with resources. MISUG
