ERCOT Antitrust Admonition ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. Scope of MISUG • Methods of Data Access • Public access points – anyone with internet access: • www.ERCOT.com • http://planning.ercot.com/login/login - Planning and Operations Information (if registered) • Secure and Certified access points – require a digital certificate: • MIS – used by all markets for data services and downloads • MMUI/Market Manager User Interface • OSUI/Outage Scheduler User Interface • External Web Services (EWS) – used by Wholesale Market • GetReport EWS – used by all markets to download reports • Up for decommission: • FTP – used for one report posting and Retail transaction submissions and LRS data transfers; decommission would be for the report posting piece only • TML – used by Retail Market for data services, downloads and transaction services • Commercial API – used by Retail Market for data services and downloads MISUG

Most generated report at ERCOT – QSE Ancillary Services Capacity Monitor Report CERTIFIED report that is generated every 5 minutes in both CSV and XML are created for each participant for each posting interval producing over 44,000 files a day and produced for < 100 QSEs with resources. MISUG

Things to consider… • What data does your company need that you cannot get to today? • Is your company’s download behavior in line with the ERCOT Market Data Transparency SLA? • What is a priority for data/notifications/alerts? • Do you understand what tools are available to you and how to use them? MISUG
