Things to Think About During Course Selection • With ‘Full Disclosure’, Universities and Colleges will receive all of your grade 11 course marks. • Plan to have all compulsory requirements done, except gr. 12 English, by the end of grade 11 - including Group 1, 2, and 3. • There is no pre-requisite for Arts courses, coded 3O0. ie. AWQ3O0, AVI 3O0, ADA 3O0 (ignore myblueprint message) Think about not only courses you require, but also courses you enjoy and broaden your experience
Myths Corrected • Universities DO NOT CARE whether you have extra college, open or workplace credits on your record – only that you have a minimum of 6 GRADE 12 U or M courses • RESEARCH pre-requisites for university/college: For example - many programs DO NOT require grade 12 math, whereas others require 2
