Mission • Youth Ballet Experience was founded in 2008 by Rachel Deacon. • The overall purpose of YBE is to give talented and passionate students the opportunity to study classical ballet and other dance forms. • The organization helps girls and boys ages 7-19 pursue their dreams of becoming a dancer.

  3. About Us • YBE is located in Holland, MI. • The company current has 15 employees. • YBE is planning to expand to Atlanta, GA. • The company’s annual budget is $62,000.

  4. Projects Our current projects include: • Competitive Edge: Students perform in several competitions including: Youth America Grand Prix, Moscow International Ballet Competition, and Prix de Lausanne. • Class with a Prima: Students experience master classes with principal ballerina Svetlana Zakharova. • Swans Against Autism: Performance of Swan Lake raising money for Autism Awareness. • Children’s Pointe: Dead pointe shoes are being used to build a sculpture that will stand at a local children’s hospital. • Lend a Leo: Leotard donation raising money for a local homeless shelter and soup kitchen.
