Initial Public Meetings to Determine Support & Future Venue Needs • Community Working Party Established • Structural Engineering Assessments Completed • Funding Sought & Won to Conduct a Feasibility Study ($70k). • Council Reports Submitted throughout duration of the Project (in principle support at this stage)
Planning (Stage 1 Continued) • Draft Concept Design & Drawings Developed • Market Cost Analysis Completed • Initial Community Consultation • Further Consultation with Draft Design Drawings (2 months) written feedback and Public Meetings • Collate Feedback & Report Back to Council • Re-draft Plans in Response to Public Feedback
