2. What is a blizzard? A blizzard is a snowy type of weather. A blizzard can cut out power for a long period of time. A blizzard is a freezing cold.

3. How are blizzards measured? Blizzards are measured in feet. They are measured in feet because there is a lot of snow when a blizzard occurs. Blizzards are also measured in feet because since there is a lot of snow it would go over a foot so you should just use feet.

4. Early Warning Systems 1. winter storm watch alerts the public of a possible blizzard. 2. winter storm warning happens when there’s form of heavy snow , heavy freezing rain , or heavy sleet . 3. Blizzard warning occurs when gusts of winds of 35 mph or more and falling or blowing snow occur. 4. Winter weather advisory happens when there’s accumulations of snow. 5. Frost Freeze Warning happens when below freezing temperatures are expected.

5. Blizzard Safety blizzards choices are inside, outside or car. My advice is inside because white outs may happen and you can not see anything A white out is when every thing goes white.
