  3. About the author • Hi my name is vanessalerner. I am nine years old. My birthday is 12/8/2003. when I grow up I would like to be an author. I have written many books during my lifetime, even hard cover books. I have one sister one mom and one dad. Fun Fact: I speak more Spanish than English. My main language is Spanish.

  4. introduction • Today I am going to show you my act local project. It is how I helped out a bunch of people at a very special event. There where over 200 people who came. I got to help every single person be comfortable.

  5. How I helped the community • I got up really early in the morning. I was very exited, it was a very big day. I got to work at the foodimal station. I had so much fun helping everyone else have fun. I saw a lot of my friends at the event. There was a long line of people waiting to come to my station. This was the best day so far. A lot of people where coming from all over the state of texas. Radio Disney was broad casting us. The Sony entertainment people from Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 were also here. They were giving out cool free prizes. This all happened on Saturday 9/29/2013
