  5. Registered Students • Fall 2016 to Fall 2017 our SDS office has increased 47% • Learning Disabilities- 114 to 175 students • Attention Hyperactivity- 109 to 152 students • Autism Spectrum or ASD-58 to 80 students • Increased Visibility means Increased Involvement

Student Disability Services Registered Students September 2018- January 2019 121 students newly enrolled in Fall Semester 2018 Union Campus-45 students Macon Campus-71 students Whitehaven Center- 3 students Maxine Smith Center- 3 students Recruitment on the Gill campus will be done this semester. Each new student is automatically registered with L.E.A.D. Peer Mentors will come from our S.M.A.R.T.S. Mentees program.

  9. S.M.A.R.T.S. Mentoring program for students with faculty mentors. -Our partnership will allow the students with disabilities to have a peer mentor, and a faculty member for educational and professional development. -Engage students in social events for inclusivity on campus. -Bring a sense of belonging on the campuses for students with disabilities 411

  10. Academic Support Center • Each campus has an academic support center. • Macon campus has a study room for students with disabilities, where L.E.A.D. will launch the Student Disability Service group study sessions. • Distance Learning will also be available.
