Mail Server Reconfiguration • Converted outbound mail servers into bidirectional • Increases MX server count from 3 to 6 • Listserv delays 9/29 15:30 to 9/30 15:30 • Relay-by-IP service will be moving to Data Center Network soon • Requires IP change • Old IP will continue to work for a couple weeks • Date and IP TBA on EMAIL-L
Dovecot Testing • Indexes INBOX and all mail folders • Replaces UW IMAP for IMAP • Replaces Cucipop for POP3 • Replaces Syntegra Mailhub LDA • Postfix replaces Syntegra Mailhub MTA • Sieve plugin available to allow for future server-side filtering
Spam Reporting • Added header to flagged spam: • X-Spam-Flag: YES • X-Umn-Report-As-Spam • X-Umn-Report-As-Good • Criteria used to determine when SpamAssassin is run for a site
