Definition of a new folder structure for document storage Replacement of the current aspera-eu.org document section by a proper document repository with at least the following features: Storage of public and private documents; only granted users can download private documents. Special users can be granted to upload documents Search tool for documents Migration of the documents currently stored on the Plone intranet to the new document repository Next steps on aspera-eu.org
