LE PATDEC a mis l’emphase dans ce nouveau programme sur l’assistance technique aux organisations émergeantes et matures qui ont des contenus innovateurs et qui ont aussi un potentiel de transférabilité important. CEDTAP is supporting emerging and mature organisations that are showing a high potential of innovation and of replicability

  6. Le renforcement des collectivités s’appuie sur trois vecteurs: • 1. L’aide technique • 2. Les échanges entre communautés • 3. L’appui technologique We strenghthen communities  through three strategic mechanisms: 1. Technical assistance 2. Exchanges 3. Technological support. Niagara Food Innovations

Principales caractéristiques du programme • Un programme national bien au point • Un programme complètement bilingue • Objectif : 500 collectivités • Un programme quinquennal • Peut compter sur une banque de professionnels de l'assistance technique plus nombreuse et plus diversifiée (plus de 100) • Fait une utilisation agondante des technologies des communications • Un réseau d'apprentissage pancanadien, y compris un portail national du DEC • Promoting and disseminating innovative methods and tools • Supporting both rural and urban communities • Reaching all communities in Canada, through a regional delivery structure • Giving special consideration to target groups with specific needs • Built through partnerships with key representative associations and institutions in Canada (CEDOs, LEDOs, cooperatives, universities, Aboriginal organizations) • Funded by partners: corporations, foundations, governments and individuals
