Fault Test Board. Developed by Allan Goodger Moss Vale TAFE. From Boards originally developed by Ken Postill Ultimo TAFE. Ken’s Board. Faults introduced by 3 x 9 Gang switches. Contacts oxidise, and as a result a high resistance is introduced into the circuit.

  4. Board Contains Hot Water & RangeCircuit Power Circuit Mixed Circuit Light Circuit Next

  5. Hot Water&Range Circuit Circuit to load is as per all other circuits Terminates with flying leads Load characteristics can be modified by the fault card Next

  6. Fault Socket B&R Enclosure PJ221507 2 x 3mm groves are routered into the box lid Socket PCB is inserted into slots from the back of the lid Clamped into position by an insulated metal plate Next

  8. Socket Pin-Outs From Switchboard Only Half of the socket is used From Loads This allows the fault card to be spun around and a second set of faults can be introduced Next

  12. CB Enclosure Load side of CBs are easily accessible By using a 4mm2 (yellow) crimp lug and crimping a 2.6mm Brass welding rod in it Next

  13. CB Enclosure Neutrals are easily removed By the use of turned plugs Cable should be min of 50 strand for flexibility Next
