  2. Where is Alberta ? • Alberta is in the Mountains & West • You might think Alberta is in the Prairies Region ,but it is in the Western part. • Since Alberta is in the partially in the middle of Canada you find a lot of oil. • Alberta is bordered by Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.

  3. When did Alberta join Canada? • Alberta joined Canada on September,1st ,1905 .

  4. How many people live in Alberta? • 2 974 807 people live in Alberta. • Now that is a lot of people! • BUT… that’s nothing according to Canada itself!....no offense to Alberta. • Alberta is ABOUT the third or fourth most populated in Canada.

  5. What is Alberta's flower? • Alberta’s flower is the Wild Rose The wild rose is mostly found in pink.

  6. Alberta’s coat of arms. • Alberta’s coat of arms has a lion to the left and a deer to the right. • To the north of it there sits a beaver.

  7. What is Alberta's capital? • Alberta ‘s capital is Edmonton ,Edmonton is calculated in the south of Alberta.

  8. Alberta’s capital. part2 Edmonton has cool dog breeds in it. MAYBE about as much……. or more than even you can COUNT!

  9. Alberta's Manufacturing. • For Alberta’s manufactures, it has a lot of cool things! • For one of Alberta’s manufactures are oil stands!

  11. Alberta’s industry. In Alberta they have quite the industry! They have arcutacturey, environmental products and services, Alternative energy and so on.(etc)

  12. Alberta’s culture. • In Alberta they hold a buck-you-of-my-back rodeo. • The rodeo is called the Calgary Stampede they hold it every summer in Calgary. YYEEHHAAWW! • Well, sorry I couldn’t find any more info on any bits and pieces of Alberta’s culture… sorry.

  13. Alberta’s most popular sport and food. • In Alberta they have a lot of food that is healthy and un-healthy. On this picture it shows a lot of fruits and veggies. • For sports Alberta’s hokey, volleyball and more!

  14. About the author (me) • I’m Kelly, I was the author of this power point. • I was born in Saint John on April 5 2002 (in the Saint John Hospital. • I like having my friends Michael,Bianca,Graice and Maddy with me. • I’m 10 years old and I live in the Peninsula across the river from Westfield.
