Vision We will nowfocus on the vision of “providing a high quality educational experience to every student every day” via a note card activity writing response to the question, “What does that vision look and/or feel like to you”?

How will we get there? • CONTINUING TO DO THE SAME THINGS AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS IS NOT AN OPTION • Embrace the High Schools that Work Key Practices and the Technical Assistance Visit Report • Adjust our Framework for Action to reflect new data and lessons learned from last year • RELEVANCE. RELATIONSHIPS. RIGOR (across the board) • Freshman Academy Implementation • Advisor/Advisee Implementation • S.O.A.R Time (in school tutoring/enrichment)
