On the index page of electronic resources, you can also find the Remote Access Guide. Citation Linker allows you to look for and link to an online article quickly provided you have the full citation in hand and the article is covered by the Library’s e-journal subscriptions. RefWorksallows you to create a personal database of useful references and to generate a bibliography with a few simple clicks. Back to Table of Contents
Online Course Modules on Using the Library Catalogue and E-Resources
There is an interactive online library course – Library and Information Skills Programme Online –with modules that help you learn how to use the Library Catalogue and e-resources to find materials for your research and teaching.
Follow the on screen instruction to register for and try out the online programme yourself. Instructors are also encouraged to ask your students to take this Programme. Your students can be awarded an e-certificate on successful completion of the Programme.
The LISP Online is interactive. These modules provide demonstrations and guided practices on using the Library Catalogue and Library e-resources.
Self tests with immediate feedback at appropriate points to test your own understanding

This tutorial will show you how to create course reading lists with RefWorks that can be linked from your course sites in Blackboard. This particular tutorial will show you how to make use of SFX, a resource-linking service provided by the Library, to create durable OpenURL links to online articles.
