Health tips for your heart and brain Healthy people become a healthy nation. Health is important for all of us as we are a member of our community, our city and our country. Every individual’s actions in a particular society are a feature of it. Caring for our heart Our heart is the most vital organ present in our body as it pumps the blood to all of our body through veins and vessels. If the heart has a cardiac arrest, which is also called a heart attack; this means that our heart has stopped working perfectly. There are four valves in our heart which provide enough pressure to the blood to circulate our body and come again into the heart again. For our heart to work properly our cholesterol levels in our blood should be within the normal limits and it can only be done by having a balanced diet and avoiding the junk food which brings more and more cholesterol with it.
Caring for our brain Brain controls each and every function in our body. It transmits the information to each and every organ to work accordingly. Brain system is very complex and it mainly depends upon the rest and stressful behavior of a human being. If a person rests properly in the night he is always in a better position to work in the coming morning with full potential and stress free attitude. Our brain rests above all other organs of our body into our skull within a liquid called cerebrospinal fluid or CSF. An average brain weighs around 2 to 3 pounds.
Caring for our skin Another important feature of a human body is the skin which covers our internal body structure and lets it move freely and do daily functions. Whenever we are going out in the sun we should apply a good sun screen to our body and especially to the face and neck as these are the most exposed areas of our body everywhere. The sun protecting lotion has a sun protection factor known as SPF. A good sun protection lotion uses at least SPF 60 as its base factor. As climatic changes are very abrupt these days due to the global warming so we must act accordingly to protect ourselves from the heat of the sun this can also cause some severe ailments such as skin cancer.
