OBJETIVO TRABAJO DE TALLER Construir participativamente una propuesta de agenda de medidas y acciones de alto impacto de descentralización y fortalecimiento local/regional relacionadas al eje temático del respectivo grupo, susceptibles de ser consideradas con posterioridad a la Cumbre en la segunda etapa de construcción de “Agenda Concordada de Descentralización”
