18. AdditionalInformation – My-Med Access to the Online Portal The online information may be accessed through any web browser on a PC, tablet device such as iPad, or a smart-phone. Users must enter a valid username and password to gain access to the portal. User Manual IMH have a full user manual for the My-Med portal, which we would propose to amend to make it suitable for users of My-Med. Editing of the manual should be possible within one week following finalisation of the My-Med site contents and the user manual can be made available in electronic online form. Customization and Hosting of Service IMH will create a custom version of the online portal with styling to indicate it is a private portal belonging to your company’s authorised users only. The site will be hosted by IMH in a secure data centre with high speed and high bandwidth internet access. The portal will run on a dedicated server separate from the commercial My-Med service, so that its content and presentation can be managed solely for your company. Setup and Integration There will be some initial work on the part of IMH to prepare the custom My-Med web portal on a dedicated web server, populate it with the agreed content and apply the branding and styling for your company. In addition there will be some integration work with the existing Intranet to ensure the site is accessible for the target audience of clinicians in a secure manner. Service and Support The service will be continuously available 24hours a day and 365 days a year. IMH will provide UK-based technical support to deal with any problems arising from the service, also on a 24x7 basis.Once the portal is live and operational, IMH can provide further professional services to extend or modify the site at the request of your company if so desired.
