Uploading mechanism and Lesson(s) learnt • INSTCODE (COLLCODE, BREDCODE, DONORCODE, DUPLSITE)=> validation against FAO codes ? => FATAL ERROR • ACCENUMB => has to be unique within NICODE/INSTCODE=> FATAL ERROR • GENUS/SPECIES/SPAUTHOR/SUBTAXA/SUBTAUTHOR=> static add to cod_tax table • ACQDATE/COLLDATE=> valid dates required=> FATAL ERROR WP-B2 Creation database (IPGRI)

Uploading mechanism and Lesson(s) learnt Primary Issues: • What about the level of restrictions in the uploadingmechanism as set now ? • Should we recommend “priority fields” ? • What can we do to improve the data quality and accuracy in EURISCO ? • What are the short and medium term“priority research targets” ? • When can we expect 25%, 50%, 75% of the totalexpected datasets ? • How central crop databases will fit in the system ? • How can we link to other systems ?
