Supply Cross River • Issues & Lessons learnt • Engaging with, and provoking changes to buyers’ behaviour requires time and commitment • Lack of confidence in procurement process • Need for strong policies and buy-in and support from politicians and senior officers e.g. SXR achievements with S106 clauses and local procurement codes and toolkit • Monitoring and refining the process constantly
