Inspection Site Manager First step is to understand the potential marketplace and where your service sits within it • Application details – this gives history of when the application for licensing was received • Vehicle / VRM - this holds information in relation to the vehicle such as make, model etc. • Reg. Keeper – gives details about the vehicle owner such as name, address, and telephone no. etc. • Approval – modifications, exemptions and accidents can be recorded here and also how many passengers the vehicle is licensed to carry • Booking - appointments are created and confirmed a unique booking reference number is also generated which is given to the customer for future tracking. All booking history is displayed here also • Payments – payment for confirmed appointments are taken. Options for payment: Cash, Cheque and Credit Card. All payment history is stored here. • Inspection – from this tab the vehicle is sent to the inspection lane (MAHA). All inspection and licensing history is stored here vehicle inspection reports (VIR’s) can also be printed from this screen
