Sixth National Reports Article 26: The objective of national reporting is to provide information on measures taken for the implementation of the Convention and the effectiveness of these measures Decision X/2: Monitor and review the implementation of NBSAPs in accordance with the Strategic Plan and national targets and report through 5NR and 6NR; XIII/27: Reportingguidelines adopted Deadline for submission: 31 December 2018

Sixth National Reports Mix of free text and multiple choice questions to collect information mainly on: • Progress towards national biodiversity targets • Effectiveness of the measures taken, the identification of lessons learned, and of technical, scientific and capacity needs, as well as needs for implementation support • National contributions towards the achievement of the Aichi Biodiversity Targets, the targets of the GSPC and SDGs
