Session 3 - Foreseen Actions - Reporting - Monitoring - Impact assessment Roland Gauthy
Agenda • Results of the collected information: • Reporting sheets & mechanism • Yearly joint table 2006 • 3 meetings (Riga, Budapest, Brussels) • Round table • Discussion
Reporting mechanism • A reporting scheme (= monitoring) is described in the FA • Yearly, during the first 3 years to the Social Dialogue Committee (2005-2006-2007) = table • After 4 years (2008) = full report • Therefore, the ‘in & out’ communication is essential • Internally with your affiliates & at national level • At EU-level = with us • The 3 seminars were the 1st step • Here we will also use the monitoring tool = your contributions
Monitoring Tools & procedures are needed to conduct the impact analysis effects of the FA • Qualitative report (1st yr) • Quantitative aspects • The checklist that we have used allows us to monitor the implementation of the agreement within the EU’s different countries
Impact Assessment The impact assessment will consist of • Quantitative data (from the report, etc.) • Qualitative data: • Did we succeed to decrease stress at work? • Which were the main ‘pros & cons’ of the FA? • How could we improve the instrument? • Develop future instruments? • Etc.
