With Conjugated Verbs: When the verb is conjugated the pronoun comes directly before the verb. • Anita se lavó el pelo anoche. • Yo me acuesto temprano los lunes. • Tú siempre te vistes bien.
With Compound Verbs using Infinitives: When we have two verbs working together we conjugate the first and leave the second as an infinitive. We have two choices on pronoun placement: • Yo me voy a duchar. • Yo voy a ducharme.
With Actions in Progress: With actions in progress we have two choices for pronoun placement: 1. Ella se está maquillando. 2. Ella está maquillándose.
With Affirmative Commands: With Affirmative Commands we will ALWAYS attach the pronoun to the end of the verb: • ¡Báñate! • ¡Báñense!
