  3. Goals • Access and be able to apply the six areas of Literacy Assessment, Screening Tests, and Resources: • Critical Reading • Reading Comprehension • Reading Fluency • Writing Development • Writing Fluency • Word Study

  4. Begin to develop a screening system to help support 9th grade students transitioning from 8th grade. • Provide teachers with protocols and templates to support and improve student literacy. • Create a system to hold student data and track student progress.
