Chapter 4 Lesson 4 Eating Disorders Unhealthy Eating Behaviors • Types of Unhealthy Eating BehaviorsPeople may skip meals, eat only certain foods, or eat large amounts of food at one time. They may also use diet pills or follow unhealthy diets. These types of eating habits are called unhealthy eating behaviors and can be very harmful.

These products can range from pills to special drinks or powdered shakes. Fad diets can be dangerous. • Many fad diets require you to eat in unhealthy ways.
