Teaching • Appropriate course choices • undergraduate course you can teach repeatedly • graduate course you can use to screen and train students • seminars for advanced training • TA support and good TAs • Invest in being a decent teacher • “the right thing” • get it right quickly and both you and the students will find it more rewarding • Department & University seminars • Teaching software & remote question systems • Mentor evaluations
