Update/Accomplishments • November 27-28 (Washington D.C.) • Reviewed Joint Operator Manual • Reviewed new language for Phase III work • Provided update on Phase II work (Field Test) • January 29 (Houston, Texas) • Agreed to post Joint Operator Manual for 45 day comment period • General agreement on Phase III language for IRO-006 • Worked on requirements for IRO-017 (Eastern Interconnection) • Provided update on Phase II work (Field Test) Free Template from www.brainybetty.com

Next Steps • February 8 • Post Joint Operator Manual for 45 day comment period • April 1-2 (Carmel, Indiana) • Develop response to comments for the Joint Operating Manual • Approve IRO-006.5 and IRO-017.1 to post for comments • End of April • Post IRO-006.5 and IRO-017.1 for 45 day comment period • June 26-27 (Toronto, Ontario) • Review comments and finalize standards for balloting • TBD • Begin work on Annual Plan Item 1.d - Prepare recommendations for future path for TLR in concert with NERC Free Template from www.brainybetty.com
