A 46-year-old man with abnormal CXR. 주소 : 건진 상 발견된 CXR 이상 소견 발생 현병력 previous healthy current smoker(20PY) DM, HTN 으로 4 년전 부터 local 에서 medication 중으로 1 년 전 건진상 CXR 이상 소견 발견되었으나 다시 좋아졌다는 얘기 들은 적 있으며 , 올해 건진상 다시 CXR 이상 소견 발견되어 lung ca W/U 위해 내원.
