INIS Activities in India - Highlights • INIS DVDs are made available to scientists & engineers of BARC through the campus-wide Local Area Network • Selective Dissemination of Information to senior scientists & engineers working on reactor engineering, waste management, materials production and development etc. • Arrange INIS Database demonstration at various conferences/symposia/ workshops • Arranges Demo-Cum-Training on INIS Database to BARC Scientists and Engineers every year • Distribute of INIS Brochures and promotional materials at conferences/ symposia in India • Handle Document Delivery Services to and from INIS Liaison Officers of other countries. Brazil, Canada, France, Korea are regular requesters • Scientometric studies are carried out using INIS Database • Planning a INIS Database Usage Survey among scientists and engineers of BARC(using questionnaire) Thanks & Wish you a nice time ahead
