Different Sensors • Y Axis: • Range: ± 10 arc degree • Resolution: 1 microradian • Repeatability: 5 microradian • Linearity: 0.03 degree at ± 3 degree 0.17 degree at ± 6 degree • Scale factor: 34mV/degree ~3.5% • X Axis: • Range: ± 1 arc degree • Resolution: 0.1 microradian • Repeatability: 1 microradian • Linearity: 0.1 arcminute at ± 10 arc minutes 0.5 arcminute at ± 20 arc minutes • Scale factor: 7.2mV/arcminute/V ~2.5% 4
Test on Sine Plate and Breithaupt plate (1) In order to verify the accuracy and linearity of the sensors we tested them on a sine plate and for the smaller range sensors on the Breithaupt stand 5
