Sustainability of HIV Response • Voice and visibility to people living with and affected by HIV • People living with HIV are drivers of the HIV response • Fosters partnerships and networking • Provides technical guidance to programme design and implementation • Influences change in policies and decision making • Provides continuity of HIV specific programmes
