Snax in the City is a convenience store with 5 employees using outdated paper-and-pen inventory system resulting in lost records, inaccurate inventories, and low income. This project aims to address these issues by implementing a digital inventory management system to monitor stocks, track transactions, and improve customer satisfaction.

The employees sell the products. • Cashiers and take inventory through a paper-and-pen system. • The employees restock based on how much was deducted from the inventory the previous month. • Management analyzes the inventories in order to analyze which products are in demand and which products should the convenience store stop selling and what to order. • The store adopts on what people usually demand on convenient stores and try to order and make customers leave with satisfaction.
