Why are we doing this?For the Education Providers To develop a K-12 to Post Secondary student linkage will help you • Anticipate student needs for proactive servicing • Enable targeted student readiness programs based on demographics of incoming post secondary students • Increase opportunity for discussion between Post Secondary and K-12 regarding students in transition ADE Information Technology Division

  5. SFSF Phase I Grant Customers AGGREGATE Purpose of the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund for Post Secondary is to establish a linkage between student growth and post secondary enrollment for educators and state professionals SCOPE SPECIFIC AUDIENCE ADE Information Technology Division

There is Funding • Education providers will access Procure Arizona tool to initiate funds disbursement from the ADE received SFSF Grant for Post Secondary project development. • Phase I funds allocated to-date: • Community College Support for Pre-Work: $1,800 • Action Items • Data Quality Assessment • Additional Funding Available for future project needs ADE Information Technology Division

SFSF Post SecondaryShort Term Next Steps • ADE complete Requirements definition by May 31st based on Workshop results and follow-up. • Requirements acceptance by June 3rd. • Determine individual source or ASSIST direction • Define Statement of Work • Resource planning • Baseline project plan ADE Information Technology Division
