  5. Think win win • Give a piece of candy to a student so he will stop talking in class while you are. • Tell the student if they listen to you for the next ten minutes they can talk all they want.

  6. Seek first to understand then to be understood • In school you have to listen to the teachers • In my house you have to listen to my parents

  7. Synergy Team work

  8. Sharpen the saw • Sharpen the saw is something that calms you down and make you reenergized • Playing video games • Watching football • Playing basketball • Listening to music
