DLG • the last DLG of CIVITAS Plus. • The objective is to wrap-up and set next steps for CPs to conclude their activities in time. Discussion will mainly rotate around project results publications, such as the case studies, the project brochure and other city-based publications. • VANGUARD will report on the updated from the RETF and Editorial Board. • A special session will also be dedicated to the Forum preparation. Final requests and planning guidelines will be dicussed, to make the final conference a success. • We foresee an evaluation session on the coordination of communication and dissemination to conclude the activities.

14.30 – 15.30 Finalising the results publications By June 2012, CPs should be in process of finalising their Final Brochures. Depending on the project, case studies may also be nearing completion. This slot allows CPs to put their final questions to the group and ensure that all open questions are addressed before the final polish is applied. • 14.30 – 14.45 Update from VANGUARD on the CIVITAS Plus Results Publications in general. • 14.45 – 15.30 Roundtable discussion with the CPs led by VANGUARD. • 15.30 – 15.50 Coffee break

11.45- 13.00 Coordination of dissemination and communication within the CIVITAS Initiative: evaluation and conclusions • 11.45 – 12.30 Evaluation session – Chaired by VANGUARD • In this session, CPs have the possibility to discuss strength and weaknesses of the DLG set up. The aim is to come up with suggestions and recommendations for a better coordination of dissemination and communication activities during the next phase of CIVITAS. • 12.30 – 13.00 In this final session, we bring all practical discussions together and we conclude the meeting. • 13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
10 years of CIVITAS • 17 of September • Building on a survey on ‘impact’ of CIVITAS amongst urban transport professionals • Morning session celebrating achievements of 10 years of CIVITAS initiative • Afternoon session starting the consultation on the Urban Package • Draft programme on the basis of instructions of the EC • Update on the basis of bilateral meeting with EC on 30 May
PART I: 10 Years of CIVITAS • 10.00: Welcome coffee, registration and CIVITAS motivating experiences exhibition and poster presentations • 10.00: press conference • 11.00: 10 years of CIVITAS initiative High Level Debate • Chaired by Bruno Pereira, PAC chair • High level debate with Vice-President of the EC Siim Kallas, and local politicians from CIVITAS cities • Introductory speech by Commissioner Kallas • Focus on CIVITAS accomplishments and future of CIVITAS • Special attention could be paid to the results of the CIVITAS Members’ Benefits and Impacts Survey • PAC representation • Lunch
Part II: Towards an ‘urban package’ for the Transport White Paper • 13.30 Registrations for afternoon session, CIVITAS motivating experiences exhibition and poster presentations 14.00 Plenary introductions • chaired by a European Commission official. • Accomplishments of the Urban Mobility Action Plan, Mrs. Daniela Rosca, DG Move • Campaigning for sustainable mobility, the European Mobility Week and the Urban Mobility Campaign, Peter Staelens, EUROCITIES and Karen Vancluysen, Polis • Introduction to the break-out sessions and next steps in the consultation process 14.45 Parallel sessions • Three sessions will run in parallel, each of which will be introduced by two expert presentations representing different views, followed by a debate focusing on potential EC initiatives with regard to the respective session topics. Conclusions are summarised and published online.
