  3. PLAN NACIONAL SALUD Constituir y reactivar comiisones regionales de salud de la ACHM para monitorear Plan Mejores municipios, mejor Salud

  4. CESFAM EXCELENCIA • La estrategia debe alinearse con desarrollo de la APS y de todos los Centros de salud del pais • Mantener estrategias de desarrollo de la calidad actuales: Incentivos CESFAM, Programa de Mantenimiento de infraestructura, etc • Amplificar numero de consultorios de excelencia • CESFAM de excelencia que se transformen en Centros de pasantias para la los no de excelencia • OJO con las Inequidades que se pueden instalar • Pautas differenciadas para urbanos y rurales Mejores municipios, mejor Salud

  5. RRHH • Problema a enfrentar el del reclutamiento del RRHH (urbano y Rural). Es problema tambien del nivel central y no solo de los municipios. Enfoque de equidad • Se valora lo relaizado en formación y capacitacion del RRHH. Mantener • Lo que si falta es preocupacion para capacitar y formar a directivos comunales en gestion Mejores municipios, mejor Salud

  6. FINANCIAMIENTO • MEJORAR APORTE A MEDICAMNETOS DE APS • CONCRETAR COMPROMISO DE MEJORA GRADUAL DEL PERCAPITA AL VALOR REAL DE LA CANASTA • INCORPORACION DE GASTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS A CONVENIOS • DIFERENCIAS COSTO DE PROGRAMAS EN CONVENIO PARA URBANO Y RURAL Mejores municipios, mejor Salud

  7. FINANCIAMIENTO • DIFERENCIAS COSTO DE PROGRAMAS EN CONVENIO PARA URBANO Y RURAL • QUE FONASA SINCERE POBLACION INSCRITA • REFLEJAR LA POBREZA CRUDA COMUNAL EN CALCULO DEL PERCAPITA (FICHA PROTECCION SOCIAL) Mejores municipios, mejor Salud
