The buyers want to make changes to the item to make it a top seller in spring 2012. • Strengths: • This dress is a classic silhouette • It is very versatile and can be worn with many different accessories • Weaknesses: • The dress is only available in one color • It is in a high price range for such a plain dress • Opportunities: • It can be worn in many different colors • It is so plain that updates can be made to make it trendier. • Threats: • The economy is not good, so people are not as willing to buy an expensive item • The price is to high for the fabric content
