Logistics • 1.5 hour (90 min) review implies ~30 slides • Slides must be uploaded 2 days before review (June 1st or latest by 4th ) • Images must be reduced to ~100dpi for display, then compressed to jpeg for upload • Will need to record actions from the review in order to update slides and upload to Interim Report in e-Books

Cost and Schedule Status • Milestone slippage: • Overall WCS Phase I data flow was delayed one month • To resolve issues with GOES data sources, projection and grid resolution • To decide content and form of GOES metadata input to WCS • Updated milestone schedule • Cost data sheet • Commitments to GMU, UofWisc, and NSSL • Graph of projected and actual costs • total by month
